Vinegar

What is the vinegar? Research shows that vinegar breaks down acid in our bloodstream making it easier to fight off infections.
Five types of commonly used vinegars are here.
White Vinegar This is beer base vinegar. This vinegar has a strong flavor and smell and used mainly for pickling.
Malt vinegar is prepared from non-flavored beer and caramel gives it the unique color. Malt vinegar is repeatedly used for pickling.
Wine vinegar is made from any kind of wine, and have slight flavor than Malt vinegar. This may be used in marinade, sauces and dressings.
Cider vinegar is good in salad dressings. This habitually has a minor flavor of apples and it is fewer acidic than vinegar of wine.
Made from rice wine is called rice vinegar and mainly use for Chinese cooking.
Vinegar is a part of our healthy diet it can help keep your body incline. Vinegar can stop the fat, and therefore weight gain.
Apple vinegar can accurate the surplus acid in our body but it tastes unpleasant. So honey was added to make easier to swallow it. People who use vinegar have noticed great perfection in joint pain and acid reflux. The mixture of vinegar and honey makes a good diet and balancing the alkaline in our body. Vinegar is proficient of retreating excess acid, and honey was added to the diet to help make it take every day and when alkaline levels become better in our body, the vinegar will be easier to drink. So you can see that the benefits of the vinegar and honey diet are plentiful
